Noted Dogri writer Prof Lalit Mangotra, who has been moving for the promotion and improvement of Dogri language, and lit for the past 50 years, was honoured with the Padma Shri connected Tuesday.

The President of India Droupadi Murmu presented the grant to Prof Mangotra. He received the grant nether the tract of Literature and Education.

His woman and girl were contiguous during the grant ceremony.
