The connection cited caller Supreme Court decisions, and made the statement that DEI poses "litigation, reputational and fiscal risks to companies" and could marque Apple much susceptible to lawsuits.

Apple responded that it had a well-established compliance programme and the connection was unnecessary. It added that the shareholder connection was an inappropriate effort to micromanage Apple's concern strategy.

"Apple is an adjacent accidental leader and does not discriminate successful recruiting, hiring, training, oregon promoting connected immoderate ground protected by law", the iPhone shaper said successful the filing. The quality was archetypal reported by TechCrunch.
